BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Domestic murders are on the rise, peppering headlines in recent months.
Job loss, foreclosure, divorce, financial trouble and health concerns are all pressures that can trigger these violent outbursts.
Dr. Karen Ruskin, a licensed family therapist, says that this violence rarely comes out of the blue and if you sense something you should get help from a therapist or by calling 911.

- Winchester man accused of killing wife, mother-in-law and 2 kids
- Police say a Waltham man killed his wife and then himself
- Westboro man shot shot and killed his wife and then himself
